Sales:

All sales are FINAL unless we are responsible for a mistake. No returns or cancellations are accepted. If there is a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after delivery to contact us for resolution. You may have received a popped or opened glitter bag in transit. If so, please message or email us and we will happily refund you for the bag lost. It's unfortunate, but packages go through quite a lot to get to you so we understand there are mistakes during transit!

Shipping:

ABC Glitters is not responsible for incorrect addresses being given at time of checkout. If a package is late/lost, contact USPS via email. They should respond within a few days with the full status of your package, or a claim for items lost. ABC Glitters is not responsible for delivery dates and ship times given by USPS. All orders will come with a unique tracking code via Email.
